Promotional tie-in webpage for Salt Lake City band Mokie New Year's Eve event. The band needed a page that could be promoted via Google AdWords and strong organic search results. I applied content analysis to achieve search engine optimization (SEO) and managed the AdWord campaign in addition to designing the site.
The challenge was to preserve the feel of the show poster, designed by graphic artist Gabriella Hunter, in the design of the page while adding elements that would help sell the show. The page was conceived to be an stylish, colorful and informative device to bridge viewers from a search to a rather utilitarian (i.e., bland) third-party ticket purchase page. The end goal was to present the event experience and all that it had to offer.
